Linda Warren RDSA
Linda joined Michael Norton in 1997 as his personal assistant, practice manager and practice nurse. Her role involves all the day-to-day administration of the surgery, patient liaison, and of course assisting Michael in the surgery.
Linda is the first point of contact for the patient and will arrange for your preliminary consultation with Michael. Linda has the understanding and knowledge to answer a majority of questions relating to your individual treatment plan. If you have further questions you can e-mail Linda. She can clarify what a dental implant is, the procedures involved, and explain your sedation options, which will be administered by our Consultant Anaesthetist Dr. J. R. Krapez.
Linda can always help to allay any general apprehension and no matter what the problem, she will always take the time to ensure everything is clear and the patient is at ease.
Linda's background includes training and working at University College Hospital London from 1979 to 1981 and having qualified as a dental nurse, she worked in a number of general dental practices in both nursing and administrative roles.
Taking a break from surgery for five years, Linda worked as a customer services operator within a major medical and dental supplier which has given her an excellent insight and understanding of the industry as a whole.
